Shipping policy

We ship all our items from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will ship your order within two business days.

As we ship worldwide, the delivery time will depend on your country.

Shipping rates

Note for domestic orders: In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you, we aim to ship most orders in padded envelopes. If your order contains fragile products such as pressed powders/eyeshadows or glass packaging, or products large in size, they will have to be shipped in a regular cardboard box. The cost of such shipments in the Netherlands is €6.50 for home delivery, which we understand is out of many people's budget. For this reason, we are also offering a cheaper delivery option by Mondial Relay for €4.20 which allows you to pick up your order from a nearby parcel.
