We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, since we are still a very young company, we cannot take over the shipping costs of returns. They will need to be paid by the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@crueltyfreebabe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery date if the products you received are defective, damaged or if the items you received are not the ones you have ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is damaged, make sure to include high quality photos or a video in your email.

We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we will automatically refund you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Failing to pick up your order

If you opt out for the option to have your package delivered to the nearest parcel shop, you will have a certain amount of days to pick it up before it gets returned to us. You will get notified via email about the address of the parcel shop where your order has arrived. Please note that if you fail to pick up your order on time and it gets returned to us, we are only going to refund the cost of the products, and not the shipping.
